Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics services). These providers are contractually bound to keep your data confidential and use it only to provide their services.

Employee Data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon termination of your subscription, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow for data export, after which it will be securely deleted unless longer retention is required by applicable law (e.g., payroll records may be required to be retained for 7 years under Indian tax laws).

Log and usage data may be retained for up to 24 months for security and analytics purposes.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
