We will not use your Employee Data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting contactus@truedge.tech.

Employee Data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon termination of your subscription, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow for data export, after which it will be securely deleted unless longer retention is required by applicable law (e.g., payroll records may be required to be retained for 7 years under Indian tax laws).

Log and usage data may be retained for up to 24 months for security and analytics purposes.


6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit AES encryption for data at rest • TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit • Regular security audits and penetration testing • Role-based access controls • Multi-factor authentication for admin accounts • SOC 2 Type II compliance
